Welcome to SE Art (["the Site," "we," "us," or "our"]). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. About This Store SE Art sells original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by Shelley Esterhuizen, based in Cape Town, South Africa. We do not sell prints or reproductions — every piece purchased is an original work.
2. Products
- All artworks are handmade and original; slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between what's shown on screen and the physical piece due to photography, lighting, and screen calibration.
- Once a piece is sold, it is removed from sale (as it is unique and cannot be replicated).
- Dimensions, medium, and framing status (if any) are listed on each product page.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT as applicable.
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our supported payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error before shipment.

5. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site are the copyright of Shelley Esterhuizen. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer reproduction rights, copyright, or permission to reproduce the image commercially, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability While we take great care in packaging and shipping, SE Art is not liable for damage occurring after delivery, or for delays caused by couriers or customs beyond our control.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
